Not Happy
When checking in, they said that they were changing computer systems. They did not have our reservation through Hotels.com, since they were changing systems. Said to run my credit card, but it wouldn’t be billed. I paid on Hotels.com when I made the reservation. I get my credit card statement and I have a charge from Hotels.com and a charge from LaQuinta. So they charged me twice.
I called the hotel and was informed the manager is out of town until January. Receptionist is very hard to understand ! Called in January and was told to call tomorrow and the manager would be in. Called today and he is still out of town.
Not happy. Hotels.com said that LaQuinta would reach out to me. LaQuinta receptionist told me to contact Hotels.com.
I am filing a dispute with my credit card company! I would be careful if you stay at this hotel with charges! Not Happy!!
