The stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was very comfortable, and the property truly lives up to its reputation as a luxury hotel. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the experience.
First, a deposit of €400 was charged at check-in, which is understandable for some hotels, but the process of refunding it at check-out was frustrating. The refund via my Wise card took hours to process, which caused unnecessary stress.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the room did not work at all during my stay, which was very inconvenient, especially for a hotel of this standard.
While the hotel itself is impressive, these points should be addressed to ensure a seamless experience for future guests.
