Overall the room was dated, run down, and unclean. I can honestly overlook the dated aspects as the location and price were good, but it was starting to get very run down. The carpet was starting to shred in places, weird stains on the wall, and leaking handle of the bathroom faucet, to give you an idea.
The worst part was that they didn’t do a good job cleaning before we checked in. They didn’t leave us any soap (luckily I packed a spare bar), we were missing the bathmat, and there was a nasty used washcloth hanging over shower rod.
The location was convenient, and right next to the highway. But it was also right next to a hospital and throughout the night we were woken to ambulance sirens.
We did try the breakfast buffet and it was extremely underwhelming for being $25 per person.
Overall, I would only recommend this hotel you’re looking for a good deal in Atlanta Midtown, and are not bothered by the clear neglect of the rooms.
