DO NOT COME HERE!! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! There was dead roaches all over my room, the bathtub look like it hadn’t been cleaned in YEARS, the floor was so dirty that my kids feet were black and dirty 10 minutes fresh out the shower so we had to keep socks on to keep our feet clean from the floor. The towels had so many old hairs on it, I had no idea if they had even washed the towels or not. The room DOES NOT MATCH THE PICTURES AT ALL!!!! Total catfish hotel. They got a decent kitchen but no dishes or silverware, nothing included.

Worst stay i have ever had
Terrible, noisy, dirty, its listed as a hotel but it was definitely not a hotel. It was more like crappy stuido apartments with rotting walls and a roach problem. I had to ask for new bedding because the sheets were dirty (not just dingy from age as the front desk suggested but actual crumbs and dirt) and the blanket had hard white stains on it. Then i had to make my own bed with the linens i was given. Breakfast was terrible and they didn't even have salt and pepper for the terribly bland eggs.

Never stay here, even if you stay is free!
The room was halfway decent, but the bathroom was frighteningly dirty and the fitted sheet on the bed had stains all over it. There were people right outside playing basketball at 11 PM and when I looked outside, I thought I saw a drug deal go down. I just packed up my stuff and left and drove three hours home in the middle of the night. That was preferable to staying on that property.

Worst impression
This property is not represented well online at all. The main entrance, front desk, condition of entry ways and the rooms are terrible. Smelled of smoke and marijuana, dirty breezeways and rooms. I did not stay and should not have even stepped past the front desk. I would never again entertain this brand of hotel based on this 30 minute experience.

Terrible stay!
The hotel and room was just filthy. Nothing like the pictures online. The towels were dirty and balled up not even folded. The sheets were dirty with brown stains. The shower curtains were filthy along with paint stains on the window curtains. The glass coset door was falling off the hinges witch was a hazard to my small children. On top of that the property just felt unsafe. People just smoking with their doors open. I will never stay here again. It was more like apartments because most of the guests clearly lived there.

Avoid this hotel, dirty outside and inside
I paid for the duplex with two rooms for 3 of us. We checked in after 8 pm not knowing the condition of the room was so bad. Both microwave ovens were not working. There was still dried and old coffee grind inside the little coffee maker. There was a dead roach inside the refrigerator. We quickly found live roaches inside the room. The king size bed has mold on the mattress. The hot water faucet knob fell off in both bathrooms. The chairs have deep dirt on the arms and back that I cannot clean. The white towels were in very sad conditions. Some towels have stains on them. Since I could not find another hotel so late at night, I had to ask for a mob and cleaning spray to clean the floor and the room myself. There were more roaches coming out at night making sleep difficult. There were pets around the hotel. I notice dog excrements and yellow spots along the pavement. After I call and complained three times, The staff finally come. The staff offered to put us in another room but it was much smaller. The staff told me I can get a refund within 30 minutes of check in but we have to get it from Hotels.com. The virtues agent in Hotels.com was not responsive and it kept asking to search for the booking. I can’t go to another hotel without paying for a much higher price so I clean the room myself. Plus, it was way over 30 minutes when I waited for the staff to come. The next day, the hotel did replace the microwave oven and clean the room, but we only have two nights there.

Half of the dryers in the laundry room were broken. I felt that the property and room didn't look like it did on the internet. The parking lot had trash all over. The outside of the building we stayed in was filthy. There were no dishes in the kitchen in the room. The shower dripped water from the ceiling. The one TV didn't have a remote.

I was traveling with my family of 5 and planning on a one night stay. They did allow us to check in 30 minutes early at no cost, which allowed us to see the room prior to our event that evening. As we approached the room, the housekeeping staff were going in and out of rooms with cigarettes hanging out their mouths. They were friendly though. When we entered the room, the main door had difficulty shutting. As we continued to look around the two leveled room, these were our observations: the room was suppose to be no smoking but definitely smelled like smoke, the couch looked like it was pulled from off the streets with stains and tattered fabric, the door to enter the downstairs bedroom looks like someone punched a hole in it, the kitchen and bathroom shelves were covered in dust, the refrigerator and freezer had a pungent odor, trash was not swept up and bottle caps were all around on the floor, the bathroom door downstairs would not shut, no air vent covers in the bathroom which allowed us to see what looked like black mold in the vents, curse words were written on the walls behind the bathroom door (not appropriate for my children to see), the downstairs mattress was brown, and the stairs were sticky to walk on. We immediately grabbed our stuff and checked out. The staff was nice and said they would refund our room, however, that has not happened yet. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!

We booked a room for the weekend, but checked out early due to the filth and unprofessionalism. The room was not clean! We found someone’s belongings still in room, no towels, dirty sheets, toilet, mirrors and floors were filthy. Pool was closed due to ladder not being safe, but we were told we could go in as long as we didn’t use the ladder. While at pool we were yelled at saying we weren’t supposed to be there because pool had to be cleaned. So unprofessional! We went back to room to shower and noticed the tub would not drain. So, we went back down to front desk to tell them we were unsatisfied with everything so far and at that time they offered us another room. The 2nd room wasn’t any bettter! We changed the sheets ourselves in room number 2 and decided to stay in that room because at least the shower was draining properly at it was already 10pm and we had no where to go. The next morning we checked out and told the manager we were not going to stay another night due to how uncomfortable we were in the nasty room. We did receive back one night’s amount after an hour of trying to get an Expedia agent on the phone.
