My stay was an incredibly frustrating experience start to finish. We arrived after dark in the rain and could not find parking. There did end up being a parking garage, but it was not clearly marked.
Our check-in process was painfully slow even though I had checked in online. Our check in person was in training and needed assistance; the person who came out to provide assistance never greeted us, spoke to us or smiled.
The guest internet required us to be a member; the public wifi we could access was slow.
When dining, our bill included a charge for French Fries when the menu clearly stated they were included with our meal. The server caught and corrected the error but it shouldn't have happened at all. Our on-tap beer was flat and sour.
In our room, our TV wouldn't come on. We called the desk and was told a tech would come, but the tech never arrived. We figured out ourselves that the TV was unplugged. This, of course, required us to navigate a labyrinth of cords. There was no ice in the ice machine. Midway through our stay, our room key card quit working requiring us to go to the front desk for assistance.
When I went down for morning coffee, the server was not set up and ready even though it was 15 minutes after the posted start time.
The woman who checked us out did not greet us or smile; she was actually eating and spoke to us with her mouth full of food.
I have rarely experienced such a frustrating hotel stay with such poor customer service.
