When I arrived at the door of Garden Guest House at 5:30pm and used the Message Property of Expedia to get check-in instructions. Instead, I got a response forwarding me to another nearby property : Fortune guest house. I also got another message of failing to call me. Of course, I am using my phone from home country. I guess the property re-sold my booking to another customer, thinking that I will not show up. This is WRONG practice as I already paid for it. This is the first time I encounter this.
To make this case worse, the forwarded guest house has mold in bathrooms.
Although the manager is polite, and asked me to wait 10 minutes for preparing my room. He has done a lot of work to try to keep the place clean with 5 rooms.
