Do not book here. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I reserved months in advance. I get off my airplane and call them to let them know I will be arriving later in the night, they tell me it is fine. I arrive after driving four and a half hours and they tell me they only have one of my rooms and the rest of the property is sold out. I have to go spend double the price elsewhere when my rooms were already paid for. They tell me hotels website is at fault for over booking. When I spend the following days of my vacation getting in contact with hotels website they say the hotel told them my party was not complete when I arrived and that's why they couldn't give me my rooms. Such liars. I have never been more let down with a company.

Booking a room doesn’t mean you will get it.
The staff is extremely rude. That was before we even found out we did not receive the room we booked 10 months earlier. When questioned, their response was they were sold out. Yes, that is why we booked 10 months ago. They said they were going to give us a discount which was the exact same rate as what we were paying. My suggestion is to call many times verifying your room. As for the hotel, the same garbage in the halls remained there for three days and the breakfast was sub par. You can tell the food was either stale or frozen and heated up too many times. We rarely stay at a holiday inn and now we know why.

Very Enjoyable Stay
One of the best night's sleep I've gotten in a long time with embroidered pillows, "firm" and "soft". Hands-down, the absolute best breakfast I have ever enjoyed at a hotel before with REAL food cooked, not warmed up. The options seemed endless! The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Overall good experience. At night when we reached the hotel, there were some shaddy people standing in the front parking smoking pot. Right next to the sign that says we are not responsible for lost items in car. Park at your own risk. I had to move the car in the back, right in front of my room window so i can keep an eye on it. Other than that, it was okay experience.

The rooms were smaller than I’d like them to be but the they were clean and safe. The real joy I experienced was with the staff. 100/10 customer service! The young gentleman and the lady who works at the front desk were beyond accommodating and helpful. They made my stay peaceful and comfortable! The front desk clerks weren’t very welcoming/friendly at our checkout. They didn’t even greet me or tell me that we were all set or ask if we were happy with stay etc. one just pointed to the other girl when I walked up to her. The other ignored me until she saw I was watching her. The cigarette butt station smelled bad all I could smell were old cigarettes while trying to pack my car. It shouldn’t be by the door. The breakfast tables weren’t very clean. The night staff were wonderful and helped us by bringing a crib. It was a little old but the bedding was very nice. My baby is starting to stand and hit her head on the side so maybe have a la k n play or two there instead. The rooms were very clean and perfect.
