The night clerk did enough to be deemed polite, but nothing more. The wifi did not work at all, even after I joined the Hilton club. We'd written ahead to ask for rooms as close as possible but at least on the same floor. Instead , we had one on the 5th and one on the 3rd. It was an unpleasant night, even more so since we wanted dinner and didn't expect the attached Ruby Tuesday to be permanently closed.The saving grace was the lovely young man on the desk in the morning, and the excellent breakfast and lovely breakfast hostess who was helpful and kind.
