Excellent location, very close to red sea and free lounge chairs to use for guests. Nice warm heated pool. Although beds are comfortable, hotel room is dated and definitely need a refresher wifh new tiles and counter top and re-grout. Can see all the dirt and grine on grouts and some cracked tiles in bathroom. Housekeeping need to do an inspection after cleaning. Apparently toiletries such as shower gel and such, which were completely used up the day before, need to be replenished. Room was not vacuumed well and tiday, including table top and bathroom surfaces are not wiped clean. Can improve in this area. The ladies working in front desk are friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work; however, the concierge staff are unfriendly. No greetings except stare downs. Does not give us the welcoming feeljng. Also we asked to borrow adhesive tape to secure a carry-on souvenir. Front desk advised only concierge has it. When we approached conceige and asked, we got a long stare down and no response. Finally we asked again, staff appwars disgruntle and unwilling to part with it and remains irritated. This is not the attitude we expect from a branded hotel. Staff needs a refresher customer training or not be in front line service. Negative attitudes, unpolished demeanor and unfriendliness give the hotel guests like us a negative experience of the hotel. Not totally sure if we want to stay at same hotel next time we visit because we paid US $200+ per night and somewhat disappointing.
