I rate hotels based on convenience, comfort and cleaniness. Tahitian Inn met 2 of those 3 factors. The hotel was lots less expensive than the hotels located close to the convention center. It was still convenient - only 3.5 miles away. There was a lack of table space. By chance I had a small camping table with me, that I added in front of the chair, so I could put my food on while I ate, and I used the ironing board as another table. Yes, there is a bureau, but I prefer not to use them at hotels. The big issue was the mattress. It was past its prime - noisy and not firm. There were 2 beds in the room, but both seemed to have this issue.
