We had to call to have someone meet us to check in. The person seemed to be in a bad mood, and grumpy during the check in process. We drove to our room and the keys didn’t work so we had to drive back and call her again to meet us at the front desk. No apology for her mistake, and when we asked for the wifi password, she got upset and said it was sent to the email on file. We checked our email, and no wifi information, just the automated email asking about our check-in, so here we are writing a negative review. There’s no kettle but we don’t want to bother asking for her help.
