As most reviews mention it is dated, but the staff is wonderful. Our unit was clean and overlooked the golf course. To have a full kitchen, living room, deck and 2 bedrooms for the price of a standard motel room this is a great place to stay.

Very clean and nice, but could use an update on everything! I guess if updated though the price would be much higher, overall a good choice for monetary

Check in problems
The front office billing had trouble accepting payment from hotels.com only after I was already checked in. Causing stress to the whole experience. The place is outdated but spacious. Just really old 80’s vibe. Fair for the price.

Paid for a king and two doubles but got a queen and two twins. Sewage smell in lower level. No deadbolt on door. Sliding glass difficult to lock… not sure it really ever did. Front porch light out made entry hazardous.

The property is a bit faded and smells old but if you don’t have asthma, it should be just fine. I suspect that it is fun in the summer with the lake and the facilities.

The electric outlets all had the top plugin was loose. The phone chargers fell out,had to use all the bottom plugs. The recliner would recline easy but very hard to put back up. The toilets had to be flushed a few times just to get a two piece section of toilet paper to go down and they ran for a long time.

Good but check your expectations going in
Read the reviews before going in so had lower expectations. For us we needed a place that gave some space and comfort amenities like a microwave and fridge. The unit was a bit dated (early 90s decoration) but clean. We had no maintenance issues and it was quiet. The location is on the south side of crossville and was closer to our destination vs staying downtown which was another reason for staying. Amenities close by like a game room, playground, W/D but didnt use any of them. We'll stay again on future trips.

We arrived to find water was off It came back a few hours later. It went off again the next day and when it came back the hot water was dirty even after leaving it run for a long time. We used our own water for drinks and did not use the showers at all as we did not want to shower in dirty water. We feel for the amount of money we paid for our two days stay we did not get full value for our money. We do expect to have at least the use of showers and water for our stay but that did not happen.

Stay Away From This Resort!
This had to be the worst place I have every booked. Hotels.com needs to stay away from these people. Check in man was nice and polite and quick. We should have went back and canceled reservation soon as we looked at the first of out two condo's. Ok they were as clean as you can clean a dump. Carpets were vacuumed floors were swept and moped, sinks and tub-shower downstairs was as clean as a 40 year old commode can be. The place we were in Building 15 Unit 102/1C needed first a complete paint job. Again bathrooms baseboards and walls so bad in made you not even want to use anything in there. Upstairs shower I guess at one time may 20 years ago they had put down those things to keep you from slipping but they did not have to worry about that, no way in heck I was going to use that nasty thing. Bed, well the comforter looked like it came out of a rent by the hour hotel. We immediately pulled that off the two beds we used. All of us and our friend next door have back, butt and leg aches from the cheap mattresses that we slept on for 4 days. Commodes, Both either had to use pitcher of water to help them even flush pee or the plunger. The chair, sofa and love seat were so nasty, again looks like it came out of a hourly motel. What is worse is the pillow that had blood stain on pillow case, went to change pillow case and the pillow looked so stained like it was 40 years old. This could be a nice place if they would spend $10,000 on each unit then charge $150 or more a night
