Lousy parking garage design. Dead ended rows, that if full are difficult to turn around in. Inadequate number parking spaces for the number of hotel rooms. No exit signage to show the driver how to drive out of the garage. Only exit signs are at the ends of dead end rows, and only for people on foot.

Visit to Mayo Clinic
I stay at your hotel every time I have to visit Mayo Clinic. It's very close to the Clinic and StMarys hospital. The shuttle is very convenient for getting to both locations. It's always clean, comfortable and the restaurant is nice after a full day of testing and Drs visits. Now that there's a Starbucks on location it's just about perfect. The staff is amazing!

Rhino stomping above us
Everything was pretty nice except for the people staying right above us. They stomped around for the first three nights of our stay. It started about 9:30pm and went to 3:00am ish. Now I understand the hotel can’t do anything about the people, but when The TV asks how your stay is going and you have you select a frown face and it tells you that the hotel will get back to you and they don’t that is bad.

I was surprised to arrive to the hotel that advertised “on-site parking” to be told that the parking lot was full and that I had to find street parking which was quite dark. It would be nice if you could light the sidewalk so it didn’t feel scary. I’m not familiar with the area so parking and walking at 10pm in the dark with nerve racking.

We were there for appointments at the Mayo Clinic. The hotel and staff were do helpful. The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the Clinic. The staff was so helpful in helping us navigate the whole trip.
