A Gem in Italy
My stay here was related to a local dance festival. Although travel via taxi is a bit pricey, the location was perfect. Everything from the spa/sauna to the restaurant and room was lovely. There were a couple of minor things, like the length of my massage falling short of my purchased hour, but nothing to really take away from the beauty of this location. The kindness and patience of the majority of the staff is very nice. I loved it here.
Pros - The front desk and most other staff was very kind and patient with me. The location is beautiful as are the room and restaurant. I regret not buying the bottle of wine that was freshly opened for me. This is one of the cleanest places I've stayed and it was absolutely a lovely addition to my short trip.
Cons - The massage should be the full hour. I arrived early and waited, which is fine and necessary. However, my massage was not the full hour. It began 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early (20 minutes total lost).
