Horrible and in disrepair.
The toilet seat was loose. The bathroom sink drained slow. The chair at the desk looked like a kid was chewing on it for hours. The doors have paint splatters all over. They patched holes in the walls but didn’t paint afterwards. They sent us a text after checking in saying if we needed anything, we can text. Well, I texted for a later check out time and they never responded. This place is gross.

Well past time to update!!!
This place needs a major upgrade. For starters there are no full size pillows, the only set of blinds are the block out. All of the 1990’s furniture was very old and beat up. Large Bathroom but unfortunately could never get hot water to the shower, turned on high for a good 5 minutes before getting in and not a warm shower at all. The sink in the bathroom took forever to drain.Up charge for this hotel for a MSU football game was ridiculous. I will never go back and recommend to anyone spend a few more bucks and go somewhere else.

Never Stay at this hotel
Worse hotel I ever stayed at. I had to leave after a night and they wouldn’t refund me and charged me for entire stay. We had massive bugs in our room and they said they would be in the next morning with an exterminator and never showed up.

Just Horrible
It was the worse hotel I ever stayed at. The floors were stained and the bedding and couches were broken down. I woke up to bugs all over my room. When we told the hotel staff we were checking out early and we needed refunded they were super rude.

Ok place for an inexpensive stopover. Clearly in need of repairs but staff said they would be having a remodel soon. I wouldn’t choose this as a weekend getaway. No extra linens for fold out couch. Mold in the bathroom. Remote didn’t have batteries. Management needs to step up if they want to stay current.

I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful. I was contacted ahead of time and during my stay via text to ask if I needed anything. The hotel was clean but could use updating in a few areas. There was a nice variety of food available at breakfast and there were several restaurants in the area to choose from for dinner. I decided to stay at this hotel because of a positive experience a few years ago and would stay there again.
