Bad experience
We stayed at the hotel for three days, the female receptionist at the entrance had bad communication, when we first entered the room we reported that the trash was full and had not been cleaned, she asked us to send an e-mail, we sent a video, neither the box we reported nor the room were cleaned for 3 days. Not even the towels were changed. On the morning of the second day we heard a hotel employee yelling at another customer about taking too much eggs and bread. Breakfast was included but we did not have any breakfast at the hotel because there was nothing but bread, eggs and dessert. There was no hair dryer in the rooms, when we asked at the reception she said we had to give our credit card or passport, when I asked why I would give you my credit card for a hair dryer she said their manager wanted it that way. We definitely do not recommend this uninterested, unclean hotel.
