Missed our flight, contacted hotel immediately as well as hotels.com, was told it was being looked into. Haven’t heard a thing. When our new flight arrived at 7am I contacted the hotel that said they were still charging us, then I said I want to stay in the room from 7am until 11am because we were exhausted from a terrible travel day. We were informed that they sold our room, and we weren’t able to check in for 4 hours, and we were still going to be charged.
Let’s just say, terrible service on both ends, hotels.com and holiday inn
