booked 5 two bedroom apartments for better part of a week. pre-check in communication was inconsistent and often unclear. had to call the help line a great number of times, always a long wait and rarely was the issue ultimately resolved despite 'we're so sorry, this should now be fixed'
Eventually all my party got into a room but only after many many calls.
Property itself was in fairly bad repair, broken doors, toilets that wouldn't stop running, old wrappers under the beds.
If your business model is no inperson help and outsourcing phone support overseas then you want to make sure everything is in good order, starting with not having to wait 20 minutes to speak with someone who promises a fix that never really comes.
