I dislike giving bad reviews but the same way i rely on others reviews to help me decide my stays, I want to be of help to others.
The outside of the building needed to be pressure washed and cleaned. The carpet in the room was extremely filthy. The whole building needs to be exterminated as we saw a baby roach crawling up the wall in our room as soon as we entered. We had to stay in this motel because of an emergency, my father was in the hospital not to far from this place. We would’ve Never just chose to stay here if it weren’t an emergency. Everyone was very friendly but I’d rather not share a room with bugs and not be able to allow my small children to touch the carpet. Also the photos online must be from years and years ago bc this place looks nothing like this now…at all! It’d be nice and honest of them to post some up to date pictures.

Terrible Hotel and Service
The Quality Inn Hotel in Kingstree, South Carolina is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Once I checked into my room. I noticed that there was no refrigerator in the room. I called the front desk and informed the clerk that there was no refrigerator in the room. He told me to give him a couple minutes and he would bring a refrigerator to the room. 25 minutes had passed by and he didn't come to the room. While I was waiting for him to bring the refrigerator, I wanted to iron a shirt and noticed that there was no iron in the room but the ironing board was there. After waiting for 25 minutes I went to the front desk and there was no one there. I heard someone outside by the pool area and I went out there and it was the desk clerk talking on his cellphone and smoking a cigarette. I asked him what happened with him bringing a refrigerator to my room. He said he forgot. I informed him that there was no iron in the room. He then got up from where he was sitting and said he's going to get the refrigerator and iron to the room now. I walked back inside with him and he took a refrigerator and iron from another room and brought them to my room. His service to a guest was very poor. In addition, there were mice traps in the hallway along the side of the walls. Overall the room was not really clean. Stains were on the desk and counter.The shower could have been cleaned better so I didn't use it. I will never stay there again and I wouldn't reccomend anyone to stay there☹

AGAIN they could find our reservation
Even though we paid in advance and had the confirmation and itinerary number. We had to pay again just to get in the room late at night.
