The location is great and the facilities are great. The room is spacious and comfortable. However, when we checked out (26/12/24 in the morning) we were treated very badly by a receptionist (a young man with light, curly hair). We had some questions about our bill during Christmas dinner and we noticed that he was uncomfortable answering us a few times. When I asked to check the bill, he handed it to me with the utmost disdain. Furthermore, at one point, he made a bad face when my 2-year-old daughter was crying! This attitude of his bothered us a lot, as guests. Otherwise, we had a good stay at this hotel. We just hope that the reception staff is better trained to clarify any questions we may have, after all, it is our right.
