By the river bank
It’s simple hotel with DIY check out. Very basic Buffett breakfast. Nearby to the center by the river. No cattle for the coffee nor tea in the room. However design room with modern charging system is convenient.

Stayed here for three nights in June during Euro 24. Great location on the banks of The Rhine, with a short stroll to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and there's a great indoor/outdoor rooftop terrace for drinks and pizza/bratwurst.

I attempted to upgrade my room over a week before my trip. Also when I got to the hotel. I sent emails to the address given to be my the hotel staff. I have left there almost a week now and they still haven’t responded. At check in the staff was extra rude and overly sarcastic. It was absolutely unnecessary.

What a Wonderful Stay!
An amazing stay at a wonderful hotel. This hotel is amazing, great for those people looking for something special at an affordable price! The hotel is spotless and staff are amazing (booked a taxi for us to the airport). Loved the rooftop bar - would recommend a visit in the evening. Thank you for making our stay in Bonn so lovely! I would definitely return and look out for this chain of hotels in the future.

The room was a bit small as expected, but quite functional (single person, 4 nights). Overall quite comfortable and satisfactory. Two small inconveniences: had to beg the reception desk for a drinking glass (none in the room), and absolutely no way to get any receipt (proof of stay) when paid through Expedia.

The hotel is ok but the "check-in before parking" is unacceptable. Moreover at check-in we're told the parking is full. How can a hotel advertise a parking if they have fewer parking spots than rooms ??

Worst service ever. Stay away from this hotel.
Arrived late. Worst service ever at the reception.I will never go there again and reccomend everyone that like good service to avoid this hotel. Finally the breakfast was overpriced and served juice that tasted nothing but of chemicals in minimal glasses.

It's a colourful hotel, situated by the river, only about a 10 minutes walk from the city center. We had a generally pleasant stay, we were even able to watch the Euro 24 final on the rooftop bar. We stayed in room 135 on the ground floor with a view towards a back street so not memorable. The room was clean and spatious. The only problem was that the A/C wasn't strong enough, even on the lowest setting the room never got properly cool which made it hard to sleep at times. Also a mini fridge would have been nice since we visited in summer. But all in all it was a good stay and the rate was fair. I would consider again in the future.

No cups or glasses in room. If thirsty you need to stick your head under the faucet to get a drink. 18 euro for breakfast at checkin, don't pay, just show up and eat, nobody to check. Good cold breakfast selection, everything cold, even the eggs. Messy tables all over, no place to return dirty dishes so they just sit on the tables, no one to clean. One good thing is that at least you can "steal" a glass here for yiur room. Front desk staff was excellent. Hotel very far away from city sites, close to river but loud pumping station runs 18 hours a day. Rooftop bar open only when management thinks they can make money, you don't know if it's open until you show up and the doors are closed.

Apparently none of the rooms have 2 beds. So while Expedia said that the room we rented is great for families of 3, it was not. Maybe if the child was an infant but we traveled with our teenager so just 1 bed was rough. The room didnt have a couch and no roll away bed option. The rooftop bar was closed the whole time too although it was asvertised as open. So that was another disappointing thing.

Interesting color scheme. Windows were large which was good for views, but I paid extra for the view of a building construction and a few feet of space. Property is right on the river if you want to travel by one of the boot lines, but is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. Surrounding area is mostly residential so not tons of late night food or bars in the area. Staff is friendly and they have a goos drink menu. Noise isnt too bad execpt weekends when people are out near the river late.

A mixed experience
The hotel is very modern and is quite conveniently located, just at the edge of the centre/old city. The view over the river is lovely. The rooms are spacious, but not always practical. Whilst there are public spaces, where you could work, the 'desk' in the room is far too small - especially given the size of the room. If you leave your room after 11.00 am, it is unlikely that housekeeping will clean it that day - unless you ask.

Need to change the cleaning policy
3 night stay for holiday. The room was not cleaned a single time under our stay and we got dirty towels. The staff communicated that they did not clean beacuse of the environment... * In the bathroom a sign says that towels that are on the floor will be replaced each day, that information is not not correct. Toilet paper also ran out, had to "steal" a roll from the cleaning-wagon. Except the cleaning, the hotels was good
