Cute but small
Cute boutique hotel. All the reviews said the rooms were small but I took a gamble. They weren’t wrong! I was travelling solo so worked fine but wouldn’t be ideal otherwise. It was a little noisy too being close to the street. Having said that very cute and new. Convenient to Darling Harbour

Clean but a bit too compact.
A well located hotel but there was very little space in the city view rooms. Not even enough to open my suitcase and leave it open without obstructing a doorway. It was a great room for me travelling solo but I'd probably opt for one of the larger rooms if there is more than one person. I don't mind a compact room if the space is designed well with considered storage. but this did not have that. I also paid a lot extra for a city view room and the window is not like what is pictured. My window was quite high up and narrow, you could only see a view when you were standing up in the room. Was just a bit disappointing to be charged extra for a room I couldn't see.

The room was really cramped. Two cabins as washroom and separately located. No exhaust fan to carry the smell out. Very inconveniently located place to put your luggage and access your clothes. No ironing facility. May be good for a student not a corporate traveller.

Amazing!!! It was our ten year anniversary we walked along the water we went to the aquarium we spent to much at the casino everything was walking distance The staff were absolutely perfect nothing was to much for them and they always had a smile even when they didn’t know u were there Great rooms perfect for our night late check out is a bonus

The Aiden by the Harbour
Stay was great, loved the location. The room was lovely, very clean and we had a little balcony that looked out over the harbour. As has become somewhat the norm check in was online and then via computer when we arrived, I have to say I’m not a fan of this, I would prefer an actual person so I can ask questions like is there room service etc and any other tourist type questions. There was a staff member there so it would have been just as easy to have them check us in but anyway. Stay was still great and would recommend the Aiden when you need to be close to the action near Darling Harbour etc.

Stayed 1 night attending an event in Jones Bay Wharf. Excellent from check-in to check-out. Room is is small. Manageable for 2 persons max. Not enough space for big lugages. The bed maybe short if you are tall. Bonus is the Dyson hairdyer. The toiletries are excellent from the Rituals ra ge. The only downside id there was NO towel in the room. I have to asked for one. Other than that, will recommend and will stay again. Location is 2mins walk to Pyrmont Lightrail. Just right across the Museum. Short walk the STar and Darling Harbour.

it was clean and the service was good. great location too. problems 1) breakfast was disappointing. Don't tick breakfast when you book. 2) don't use the fire exit to get to ground floor. you will be locked out and you can't use the external exits as they are alarmed. when I talked to the manager about the problem he made it clear it was my fault. I made it clear that his signage needed upgrading or better still allow access back into the hotel on the ground floor only. It fell on deaf ears.
