Honestly, I got a room with no telephone (no room service), no ice bucket, no fridge and I asked for one, but they never delivered it to me. The condition of the bathroom door was terrible, it was supposed to be brown, but had drips of other colors of paint. The mold on the front door showed zero maintenance, apparently the previous guess put a piece of toilet paper to cover the eye of the door, the shower fits only one person tightly. The overall condition of the room was depressing. When you arrive at the parking lot you have to honk the horn so that someone at the front desk can see you through a camera and lift the mechanism and you can get your vehicle in, so all day, night and early morning you hear the noise of horns trying to get into the parking lot. Terrible! They have two restaurants in the lobby, but you have no way to order room service, but there is no phone in the room. You can tell there is only one person for check-in/out's at all shifts, and there is a security personnel watching you all the time, which makes you feel uncomfortable.
The elevator is from 1970, it holds 3 people maximum and the maintenance date was expired. If someone smokes in the hallway outside your room, all the smoke comes in, so the door to your room is in such bad condition that it lets anything in. And the hallways are out in the open, smells, fumes, insects. It has a washer and dryer for the whole hotel and they are dirty, old and look like 1970.
