Amazing view and location.
Amazing view, rooms in need of refurbishment, but clean. Disappointed with very small kitchen for an apartment. No bench space or table. Great location. Easy walk to airport bus and local sights. Would stay again just for the view. Staff friendly and helpful.

Convenient but dated
Disappointed at the dated condition, and jaded condition, broken power point, noisy neighbours. Got used to this after a while. Enjoyed its proximity to public transport, tour bus, arch de triumph, restaurants, shopping public laundry, refrigerator and wifi. Breakfasts we sufficient, fresh and on time.

Close to city
Lovely staff, always willing to help. Really close to the city and the metro. Is a little dated but clean ( except for some mould on the roof of the bathroom). 7th floor has a wonderful view of Paris. It was a little hot in our room, so we opened the windows but it was incredibly noisy at night. Would have been good if we could have cooled the room just a little before bed.

a hole in the wall hotel in an u
The only thing this hotel has going for it is its excellent location, near the arc, brasseries and across street from airport shuttle bus. The entrance is so tight its a hallway about 4feet wide. The bathroom ceiling has visible scraped off black mold....we were in a 1 bedroom on 4th floor w no view for over $ 200 per nite which obviously doesnt go far in paris. , I am disappointed expedia even has this hole in the wall on its list.... Tv didnt work n u have to ask for basics like toilet paper n room reeks of cigarette smoke.....yeucchh

Great location, great view from the roof
Our hotel's location was excellent--close to metro, Arc de Triomphe, restaurants and great little fruit and veggie markets. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We learned at the end of the trip that the airport bus picks up right across the street. You can't get more convenient than that! It is an old building and not spotlessly clean but nice enough. The view from the roof is incredible! Much better than your photo. Each night from 10PM on the hour the Eiffel tower lights up for 5-10 minutes. The view from the roof is perfect for watching it. My only negatives are : #1) 1bath towel per person for 5-6 days. We were there for 11 nights and had to ask for clean towels. #2) I picked this hotel partly based on pictures of the roof with nice tables and chairs to sit and relax with morning coffee or to watch Paris light up at night. No tables or chairs! Nothing up there at all but a couple plants. I think their roof top view is their very best feature and it would benefit them to use it. We would certainly stay there again on a return trip.

Hotel good
only qualm was room not cleaned for 7 days, sheets could have been refreshed after 4 nights, as could towels. A/C didn't work to warm in the room. All the above would have been refreshed if we were willing to pay for room cleaning service. Which is free daily if you only stay for three nights?

Friendly front desk staff, fantastic rooftop view of both Arc d triumph and Eiffel Tower, 100 meters away from Paris metro station , 200 meters from bus stop for shuttle to airports and walking distance to bars, restaurant and mini grocery

Near L'Arc de Triomphe
We had not stayed in a apart hotel before. This means we had a small hotel room with a bath and a very small kitchenette. The mattresses were excellent. There was air conditioning. But cleaning and extra towels or sheet changes all cost extra. The location was excellent for getting around Paris and the concierge was very helpful.

The hotel staff is very accommodating. I had an issue with one of the rooms I booked, and it was promptly resolved. The hotel is in a great location except for the occasional streetwalkers in the area at night.

Perfect Paris location
This hotel is situated in the best location in Paris and the best part is that it has a roof top terrace, fabulous for watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle. The room was an average Paris room size and had a small desk also in the room. The room was clean and comfortable. It is located next to the Charles De Gaulle Etoile station and there are taxis also available close by. Thw room also has a very small kitchen area, but we were out 99% of the time. Our only issue was the toilet didnt flush properly and the shower water pressure worked best with cold water only. Overall we loved the area and would stay again.

Perfect location for a short stay
The location of this hotel is perfect, especially if you take Air France bus from airport to Arc de Triumph stop (few steps away). However, the room was not very clean and not that comfortable. The room has a small fridge and small stove (in a tiny hidden closet). This can be useful for a long stay.

great location but beware of hidden fees
Wonderful location that is less than two minutes from the arc de triomphe and the Charles de Gaulle étoile metro stop. Staff are helpful, but not super forthcoming about extra fees. For instance, we asked for extra towels but were not told that there would be an additional fee until checkout. In addition, regular daily cleaning may or may not be included with your stay. For stays of one to three nights, daily cleanings are included. For stays of four to seven nights, no cleaning is given at all but if asked for, will be available for an additional fee. Stays of eight nights or more include one cleaning during the week on a day of your choice. This means that you'll be taking out your own trash ( which was fairly convenient as the trash room is on the way out of the hotel, but not necessarily expected for hotel stays) and cleaning your own kitchen if you end up using it. For a double room, be prepared to have a tiny amount of space, but again that is somewhat to be expected for a European hotel. The bed was comfortable, which was a plus. All in all, I would probably stay there again because of the location, but be prepared for hidden fees. One more thing: if you are expecting to be able to go to the roof to check out the view, be aware that the roof is not always open - we stayed at the end of October and the roof stayed closed the whole time.

Young Couple
Location is great! If you have a room on the top floor, then you'll have an exceptional view. The room was large (a loft actually), but the air conditioning struggled a bit to cool the upstairs portion. Staff was ok. Generally, they were less than thrilled when they had to speak English (which wasn't much as we only really dealt with staff during check-in and check-out). But that happens a lot in a Paris to Americans. Would stay here again and recommend it.

Highly recommend for Paris
The hotel was perfect for myself and my girlfriend for 3 nights. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than what we were expecting, and its location was perfect as it is only a 3 minute walk to the Champs Elysees, and not far to many other Paris attractions.

Disgusting Hotel in a beautiful area of Paris!
The first 2 room apartment room no 505 we were given stank acrid; had stained old furniture, badly stained curtains; dirty old carpets, the spotlight in the bathroom was hanging by its cable; the air-condition unit for the hotel was so noisy above the room it would have been impossible to sleep. When we complained to the receptionist, she was charming, told us she was aware of the problems but as she was unable to do anything about the air-condition noise, she would move us to another room no 305. This room was a little cleaner, the furniture was still old, drab, miss match, probably furniture that had been thrown away by previous owners. In the 2nd room had nowhere to hang clothes or even a chest of drawers. The sofa bed was old, terribly uncomfortable, fortunately we were there for only two nights. The roof terrace advertised was only accesable by permission and by obtaining the key from reception. Wifi didn't work, the staff informed us the hotel had a weak signal. In all we were very disappointed and found the apartment dark & dingy and not at all as advertised. The day staff were exceptional, a contrast to the night staff. We saw much nicer and cheaper accommodation in this excellent area of Paris. Regrettably I will not stay in any Adagio Access Hotels or Apartments in the future and would not recommend them to anyone. This was a graduation gift to a young girl! Thank goodness Paris lived up to its charm.

Well located and helpful staff
This apartment was very well located, and the staff were extremely obliging with information and requirements, especially helpful when I was printing a number of travel documents. The actual apartments themselves were small, but adequate and would really benefit from an upgrade in the near future. I am satisfied that we got what we paid for, and would stay here again if visiting Paris.

Expensive!
Would expect to get cleaning of the room everyday and not to be charged extra for these facilities, do not book if your travelling on a budget. Don't recommend for families as there is no breakfast room, if you opt for this it is delivered to your room only.
