Our stay at the Doda Hotel was highly disappointing. During our brief stay, my mom and I were attacked by bugs, and despite this severe issue, the hotel refused to refund us.
From the moment we arrived, we were looking forward to a comfortable stay. However, it quickly became a nightmare when we discovered bugs in our room. We reported the problem to the hotel staff immediately, hoping for a quick resolution or at least a change of rooms. Unfortunately, their response was inadequate, and we continued to suffer from bug bites.
To make matters worse, the hotel’s amenities were far from what was promised. The Wi-Fi was insufficient, making it impossible to stay connected. After enduring this for a few hours, we decided to check out almost immediately, not even managing to stay 12 hours. This unfortunate experience nearly ruined my mother’s birthday, which was supposed to be a special occasion.
The hotel management’s lack of action was extremely frustrating. Not only did they fail to address the issue properly, but they also refused to provide any form of compensation or refund for the discomfort and distress we experienced. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially in a hospitality industry that prides itself on guest satisfaction.
Our experience was far from satisfactory. The bugs, insufficient Wi-Fi, and the hotel’s refusal to refund us have left us with a lasting negative impression. Given our unfortunate experience, we would not recommend staying here.
