this place lacks professional front desk workers. they barely speak any English. u cannot communicate any issues. not enough staff to work the front desk nor to answer the phone. Very poor, aggravating and disrespectful attitude from one particular staff, Alejandro, at the concierge desk. we were extremely stressed out due to being locked out of our safe, the staff were not answering the phone. no choice then but to get down to the lobby ourselves to address the problem. we were directed to speak to a staff member at the concierge, Alejandro. Alejandro had a very passive aggressive attitude and a smile on his face the whole time, while we were very upset and pressed with time as we needed to depart to the airport w/in 30 minutes. he very slowly picked up the phone & asked for security to go to the room and fix the safe. we kept asking how soon will they get to the room, & he just kept smiling, saying he does not know. He did not even bother to call to find out. he then had the audacity to tell us that it was our fault that we were locked out of the safe. when we asked to speak to a supervisor, they would not let us speak to one. while dealing with another problem earlier in the week, all that the front desk staff cared about was if we put a review on regarding that situation. the rooms are very old, beds uncomfortable, shower & both sinks we clogged, rusted mirror, no drain covers, electric sockets dont work. Garden view? disgusting- just a forest of trees. never going back
