Upon arrival I had to wait a couple minutes in the front lobby but was then greeted by a nice lady who checked me in. She gave the room 228 if I remember correctly and needless to say this room was in horrible condition. The key reader for the door wouldn’t even work properly and surprisingly the staff members were walking around the property right as I was trying to enter. It finally had flashed green so I tried to open the door but it still remained shut. This was when a staff member came up and took over from there and eventually got it to open. There were roaches, the microwave did not work and the room smelled like it had smoke in it but not of cigarettes. The restroom was leaking and felt humid inside and as the night went on the door continued having problems to open. The lady who checked me in even came up to open the door for me again when I requested a new key because it kept flashing red. Also another red flag was when asked if someone was going to be in the room with me they wanted that persons ID but I can’t provide something I don’t have so that was left alone. Out of a 1-10 rating I’d give 4.5/10
