Despite us booking a more expensive King bed room and showing them the booking, they gave us two twins for our last night of our anniversary trip. Instead of fixing it, they blamed Hotels.com and gave us free breakfast instead. The hotel itself was fine, especially for the price, and i was grateful for the luggage storage.
If they have this problem often, they should remedy it. My other bookings through Hotels.com had no problems in multiple countries and across the US.
