The room was cold when we got there; thermostat broken. Waited 45 minutes for help to come, then had to call back to check status of repair and had to wait 30 more minutes for repairman to get there. He came, fixed it, left. Never got warmer. Had to call back two more times to get it fixed. Then tried to lower the privacy blind and it was completely off the roller. Had to get the repairman to come back a third time. Then noticed there was no coffee pot in the room. Walked downstairs for a cup of coffee only to be told that they don't have complimentary coffee at all but I could buy some at their coffee bar. Lastly, texted to get my car out of valet parking, got an automatic response that the car would be ready in 15 minutes. After 25 minutes, I checked with the front desk and was told that they didn't know we were ready for the car. Waited 10 more minutes for the car. Completely understaffed and/or undertrained. And the coffee situation was the icing on the cake.
