Cold
We checked into our room at 545 last night, when we initially got up to our room the furnace was off and it was 60 above in our room. We turned the furnace on and set it at 71, then left for a comedy show that we had tickets for at 7pm. We returned back to our hotel room at 11:15pm and when we walked in the room was 58 degrees and the furnace was blowing cold air. I tried calling the front desk twice and the phone kept disconnecting and wouldn't hold a charge as it was wireless. At this point my wife and i chose to put on sweatshirts/sweatpants and go to bed as we both had plenty to drink and didn't want to go downstairs. This was frustrating but we made it work. The worst part of all of this was this morning as we were checking out I mentioned it to the front desk and we didn't even receive a "sorry". In customer service little things can go a very long way such as a sorry or we apologize for this happening but neither of which was said. I was not looking for a refund or even a discount as I didn't do my part and go down to the desk last night. Need to work with your front of the house staff on their customer service and what a good customer experience looks like.
