I have stayed at this hotel before, but I used it again. Each time I feel the high-ceilinged entrance and the open poolside make me feel very relaxed. Check in for two rooms took 17+min. This does not include time I was in the queue which would add another ten minutes. Bedsheets and pillow cases did not have a pleasant smell. Requested for these to be changed and it was fine after that. Kids pool is fun for kids.

Did not have the app. The concierge did a great job ordering me a cab on his own phone. Signage to lifts and to toilet in lobby area very poor. Same when u exit lift no signage to reception.
