just go to Las Colinas NYLO
I have stayed at the NYLO Las Colinas many times and every stay was stellar. This was my first time at the Plano NYLO and I will not go back.
Bar closed early on a weekend night because nobody was there (until we showed up). We ended up finding somebody and she was nice enough to get us a couple of drinks. We were able to sit by the pool but could not get in pool because it was closed. I have sat in the Las Colinas pool well past midnight, but Plano was closed.
AC was leaking onto the floor in the bedroom and got some of my belongings wet.
But the big issue was that when I charged our drinks to the room, something in their system got messed up. Nothing to do with me. They called our room and woke us up Saturday am but we didn’t answer. So they called my mobile. I went downstairs and the lady seemed to be able to get it to work fine without issue. I thought that was the end of it. We checked out and then they chased me down in the parking lot because their system didn’t process the payment, but I could see it on my Apple card transaction list and it had worked fine. I kept showing them and they clearly did not know how to work their own system. So I spent 15 minutes trying to leave while waiting on them to figure it out. Their solution was to charge me twice and said the extra charge would drop off. I told them they should just comp the drinks and let it go because they had already irritated me by not knowing how to work their own system, waking us up, and wasting our time.
