LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE
I stayed there because the reviews were good. The guests upstairs above me were letting their children run up & down hallway, stomping in their room until 2am. I informed the front desk twice & they claimed they went up there but didn't hear anything so they didn't say anything to them. Well, the employee who went to check must have stood there for a minute then left. I went there to recover from my surgery and had the worst experience of any hotel I've ever stayed in. They offered me a 3rd floor room on the end so no one would be above me. I wasn't about to pack up all my belongings carry them down the hall to the elevator & then down the hall on the 3rd floor at the end. The employee never said anything to the guests making noise til 2am. They will not comp my room and said I should have moved to the 3rd floor. I stayed there 3 nights & didn't have any problems until the last night when my upstairs neighbors checked in. The manager of the hotel was rude & could care less about my experience as well as the other staff. So now I have to talk to the GM on Monday & was told I might get a discount for my next stay. I don't plan on staying at this hotel chain ever again. If they let guests behave like a bunch of rowdy kids and disturb the other guests and acted like it was my fault for not moving to the 3rd floor instead of talking to the guests who caused the whole thing.
