Worst night ever
Worst hotel stay! The staff was very very nice and professional and a lot of what went wrong is out of their control. But the location right now is horrible with all the construction and noise pollution outside. We could not sleep at all and heard every large truck and car alarm and people loudly talking outside until well into the early morning hours. There was also a ton of very noisy, rude guests walking the halls talking, yelling and laughing all night long. At one point they started randomly knocking on doors and then you’d hear them laugh and run off. They were a group of grown men…not teens or children and it felt like a very unsafe situation. They were very intoxicated so there was no way we were going to confront them.
The beds were also horrible but that could have been a result of all the other chaos going around making it impossible to sleep so the beds felt uncomfortable as well. We were suppose to stay 2 nights but opted to leave late the second day and make the 5hr drive home in the middle of the night then suffer through another sleepless night here. We will be returning to the McDonough area quite a bit over the next year and half but will never stay at this hotel again.
