Not up to Marriott standards at all .
Was there for 5 nights they charged me again upon arrival , apologized for the mistake said the charge was reversed but couldn't and never provided a reciept , The 1st and second night we didn't much need heat , but the next day was very cold the thermostat didn't work then to learn the heat didn't work not even turning it on manually on the unit , So eventually they switched our room to the took next door where the microwave didn't work , I tried to use another outlet and I was so grossed out when checking behind the cabinet to plug it in elsewhere ,seeing food items and garbage , I called and informed the front desk , also I explained this to the GM the next morning before I left for the day she said that she is aware of the filth and that they are deep cleaning next week. I left in shock , when I returned later that day she seemed confused of what I was even talking about ... She didn't much want discuss anything with me she was very short and she didn't want to understand that the first room had a heat issue the 2nd room the microwave did not work even if plugged in a different outlet ; that's how I discovered the mess behind the cabinet ,I figured they'd replace the microwave issue when I was gone at least , but they didn't ... I felt she was so short with me but she seemed so attentive to the male guest every time I saw her .By far was it like any other Marriott experience i've ever encountered .
