A truely spot on example of a poor managed staff lacking the skills to execute the level of service needed at 5 star hotel being a member of leading hotels of the world. Every service staff we made contact with during our two night stay were very disengaged and seemed like they didn’t understand the purpose of their job is to make guests feel welcomed and they lacked awareness, respect and kindness. Its been quite a while since I’ve experienced such poor level of service and commitment on all levels.
