Lovely find in Wilmington, though it needs some tweaks to be fabulous.
The good: the room was huge and luxuriously comfortable, with nice details like great toiletries (Aesop), cozy bathrobes, lovely glasses, and a stocked minibar. The beds are positively heavenly - I wanted to take ours home. All of the staff was really pleasant and friendly.
The less good: hallways were freezing and with no soft surfaces, there was nothing to absorb sounds from people, rolling suitcases, etc., which bounced through the space and into our room. The shower was huge but had so little water pressure that the water seemed to fall out of the shower head by gravity alone (this was a deal-breaker for the person I was traveling with). Also, we all know better than to use single-use plastics/products at this point, so the small-sized toiletries were a disappointment.
Overall, I’d return if I were in the area, but there were some easy improvements that could be made.
