First of all, what is up with some hotel chains, including this one, charging $30.00 or more for an early check in?! Either a room is cleaned and ready, in which case, let your tired customer- who has probably traveled for hours at that point- go to their room, or it is not, and they must wait!
Next, maid service is lacking. The floor in my room was filthy, as I found out after my shower and happened to look at my feet before bed. They were so black that it grossed me out, and I had to go back to the tub and wash them again, then wear socks for the rest of my time there...unacceptable!
Third, the hotel offers a breakfast beginning at 6:00 am, but several people were on the 4:30 am shuttle with me, and there was nothing for us. It would be nice to have a "grab and go" yogurt, muffin, fruit, or other option to take with you to the airport.
Lastly, there were red and blue flashing lights in 3 areas of the parking lot, and bright lights everywhere else. The rooms need blackout curtains, as it is difficult to sleep in a light room. The shutters on the window don't cut it.
