This is a small and beautiful new boutique hotel in central St. Thomas, with a fantastic harbor view and a great owner and dog (Diago). The facilities are beautiful, clean and eco friendly. The staff make you feel like family. The reason that I can not rate the Pink Palm a 5 is because of the messy hotel billing/folio system. It should be run by a night auditor or accountant, not the manager herself. Communication between the hotel management and guests needs improvement, especially putting important items such as Sunday dinners and driveway shutdowns in writing to guests, prior to the actual event. Some other problems like floor stains in the bathroom and no hot water in the shower (Oddly enough the bathroom sink had great hot water!). I recommend that you try this property but do not rent a car as parking is incredibly difficult and the property itself is on five levels of steep stairs with no elevator; seriously ADA lacking. No restaurant, except for complementary morning continental breakfast delivered to your door and Sunday dinner. Good for younger folks!
