The property is beautiful, with gorgeous views of the Tuscan countryside. Service was great and accommodations were quaint and very comfortable. It is not very near anything so you will need a car if you wish to leave the property and explore.

This property was absolutely beautiful and loved everything about it. We were only able to stay 1 night there as they were booked up the rest of the time but will definitely rebook if /when we’re back in Italy. Loved loved loved it!

Would not recommend this property in Tuscany. Grounds are beautiful but that is the only good thing. Staff were rude and rooms look like they are out of the 70’s. Money needs to be spent upgrading the rooms. I stayed in multiple different Tuscan villas on this trip and this was at the bottom of the list.

Borgo tre Rose a must in Tuscany
Beautiful country side, great location to explore Tuscany. Everything about Borgo tre Rose five star. Food and service at the restaurant amazing. I must say my experience started with Erica long before our stay. Erica was quick to return my emails ,also many great suggestions about the cities and sights to see in the region. My wife I traveled to Tuscany to Andrea Bocelli in concert, Erica also help to finds a limousine company to drive my wife and I to the concert. Erica thanks again you help to make this a great Tuscany adventure.

Really nice hotel and property! Only downside is that it was raining when we were there, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the grounds. Obviously not the hotel’s fault, but a shame. Lovely stay

A perfect Tuscan escape
We loved our time at the Borgo Tre Rose! Everything was perfectly lovely and set up for relaxation and retreat. The staff were helpful and kind and the setting was idyllic. If we are fortunate enough to return someday we will book here. Pricing was reasonable, rooms were charming and comfortable, and food was great! Only recommendation is transportation is challenging so rent a car.

Amazing!
One of the most amazing places I've been to. The view is unreal, the stuff are nice, location is perfect, breakfast is great. Seriously amazing. The only comment I have is that the wifi is very unstable and practically does not exists.

The rooms are nice and cosy even though they are smaller than what they look like in the photos. There is a safe and a fridge in each room and water is provided for a charge (€1.60/500ml bottle). The property is elegant and very well looked after, with flowers and plants. This is a family friendly hotel, so there are kids. They can provided towels for the swimming pool for a small charge (€2.50). The food provided in the restaurant is not the best one and it is overpriced. This is the only part of the hotel that definitely needs improvements (I like pasta al dente, but the pici were really undercooked in both occasions, the meat was not great either). All the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful and did everything they could to help me with a problem that I had.

This property is AMAZING! We liked everything about it. And we can't wait to go back. The staff is very friendly and the villa we stayed at for 3 nights was very cozy and comfortable. The area is what you would expect from Tuscany. The property is only a short 20 minutes drive to Montepulciano and other nearby wineries. Their restaurant is very nice and their breakfast is excellent. We also did a cooking class at the property which was so much fun.

Happy Tuscan travelers
We loved the Borgo Tre Rose - it's in an incredible area - amongst rolling fields, vineyards, with small hill towns in the background - it's a complex of buildings, built around a garden, next to the original mansion - the wonderful thing - at least at this time of year is that you almost feel you have the place to yourselves - surrounded by birdsong, and the quiet scratching and cooing of the neighborhood chickens. The room - which is really a very large suite, is very spacious, with a living/dining room, kitchenette, which we didn't expect, bathroom, and large bedroom. All very comfortable - and all very clean and in excellent condition. We had a very good dinner on premises, after having bought a local bottle of wine produced at the vineyard which we drank on our balcony. We also had a delightful buffet breakfast the next morning - it's a great stopover on your way to various Tuscan towns - in our case a perfect stopping place before Montepulciano, and I can imagine, in the summer, it's very pleasant to luxuriate by the pool as well. I would happily come back

Nice view but the hotel is very isolated
This is a nice place but it is a 40-minute drive from the nearest city and quite isolated. There is no question but that you will eat dinner in the restaurant on the premises which is fairly good. Breakfast which is free was very good. The rooms with views of the vineyards are worth the money but the other rooms that look inward are overpriced. Landscaping around facility is excellent and the rooms are very clean.
