Awesome Staff!
It was just a good stay. We had a small problem and they fixed it immediately. The breakfast was amazing overall it was just a great experience. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay.
The staff was amazing! The room was huge and hadcomfortable beds. Three draw backs were there was only one trash can, the beds were a little too high for us but we made it work and finally the carpet was stained in a few spots.

We were unable to check im to our room until 8pm due to it not being finished being cleaned. We were ready to.check in after a 11 hour drive at 4. Both front desk attendants were very pleasant when explaining the situation.
Our frustration was due to not being able to check in until 4 hours after the check in time after such a long drive. Room was very nice, clean, and staff was amazing.

I’ve gone to this Hampton Inn twice to shelter from a hurricane…this time Cat 4 Hurricane Helene. Both times I had no trouble with my pet, the suite was spacious for my family of 4 plus dog, and the service at the hotel was adequate. Great rates…and maybe in the future I can actually enjoy PC Beach.

Check in a messed, house keeper forgot to refill shampoo and body wash after cleaning the vacant room, then we came sis check in and front desk lady didn’t even knew what she was doing, I ask for another night she said was done and guest what? It wasn’t so the lady next day fixed all! I won’t come back

Bad communication from the start led to me having to do some of what is naturally paid for when someone books a room of this caliber. Paying for a two night stay and not being told that hotel staff doesn't address any cleaning or towels replacement until we would check out is absurd. Not being told this from the start led to a lot of frustration in having to find my own towels and reset the room myself.
So what did I pay for exactly?
I don't think it would be unreasonable to ask for a refund of 50% since I basically did the work of the hotel staff on my own.
Why not tell me that your understaffed and won't be addressing any issues?
That is the crux of the problem here and if you're going to have the guests work like employees, then it obviously requires me to be compensated like one.
