This hotel does not respect reserved rooms, even if you pay for them in advance. I was reduced to a queen room with a sofa bed instead of a king, and was offered no refund, perks, or anything. This has happened at other Springhills in the past.
The room that was provided for me was not fully stocked, had a faulty AC unit (cooled by 2° over 4 hours), and the door did not latch properly unless I pulled/pushed on it.
This hotel is noisy, and the halls were echoing until after 10:30pm.
