Small but efficient room
Super easy check in process. The train/ metro/ bus station is around the corner. Fields shopping mall is around the corner.Hotel was quiet. The window shade was not really room darkening, traveling I prefer a dark room to sleep in. Not a lot of room in which to open up a suitcase, but there are cubbies for storage; a carry on would fit nicely. Over all a pleasant stay!

Rude, rude, rude. The "thin, yellow hair" reception worker from the night shift in 14,15 December 2024 is really rude he asked me if the credit card mine is!!! What the hell, he was trying to provoking me. There is no heaters, Fan in the room.

Skip the breakfast
If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay, this hotel is a decent option. The rooms are small but designed to make efficient use of the available space. However, the bathroom had some quirks—when turning on the sink tap, the shower leaked, which was a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, breakfast was a major disappointment, especially for vegans. Despite assurances from reception that they could accommodate dietary needs, the only vegetables available were a few cherry tomatoes and slices of cucumber. The dining area itself felt uninspiring, more like a cafeteria in a prison than a welcoming space to start your day. Our son tried using the sandwich grill, but it was covered in burnt residue. When I asked staff to clean it, they berely wiped it down with a napkin, leaving it smoky and still caked with burnt bits. This made it unusable. If you decide to stay here, my advice is to skip the overpriced breakfast and visit a nearby café instead. You'll likely have a much better experience.

I det mindste var musikken i Royal Arena god!
Parkering: Automat til at købe p-plads i kælderen virkede ikke, og der var ingen guidance fra hotellet. En anden gæst og hans søn havde samme problem og blev informeret telefonisk om, at der skulle være en anden maskine et sted, men de vidste ikke hvor. Min søster og jeg skrev en håndskrevet besked til forruden og gik op til receptionen. Her blev vi henvist til en maskine ved indgangen efter 30 minutters søgen i kælderen. Indtjekning: Selvbetjeningen via skærmene fungerede fint. Værelset: Værelset var meget lille og besværligt indrettet til to personer (vi havde bestilt commodore med to enkeltsenge til to overnatninger i forbindelse med en koncert). Der var kun to små og to mellemstore håndklæder samt to små pakker shampoo/body wash, hvilket ikke var nok til to voksne kvinder med langt hår. Dynerne var tynde og mindede om tæpper, og der var kun én pude hver, der faldt sammen under hovedet. Kold luft trak ind fra vinduet, og det kunne mærkes i sengen og på væggen. Morgenmad: Morgenmaden var flyttet til bygningen ved siden af. For 125 kr. forventede jeg mere end de underlige "æg", der smagte forfærdeligt og havde grønne pletter (det lignede mug). Röstierne var tørre, og der var ingen bacon eller pølser. Croissanterne var kolde og tørre. For 125 kr. kunne jeg have fået en god sandwich og kaffe et hyggeligt sted i fields. Den eneste grund til, at vi bookede CABINN Metro, var koncerten i Royal Arena, men næste gang vælger vi et andet hotel til samme pris med bedre kvalitet.
