The stay overall was fine. Checking in was great! It was when I went to check out that we had an issue. We checked out between 8:05 AM and 8:15 AM. The lady at the desk took my room keys and said, "You will get an email when I check you out". She then put the keys on the desk and continued looking at some papers that she was holding. The lobby was empty except for her and myself. She did not acknowledge me nor did she ask how the stay was, nothing. I tried to speak with her to get a receipt showing I had checked out and she dismissed me by saying there would be an email. I left due to having somewhere to be, but I kept checking my emails. I called a few times due to not receiving an email stating that check-out had taken place. Each time, the same female answered. Each time, she was short-answered, rude, and dismissive. At this point, I was frustrated and gave up. I am still not sure if I had been checked out, but so far there hasn't been a new room charge so I am assuming so. The breakfast was great, service in that area was great. The main floor ceiling near the pool area is showing some wear and tear, but overall, clean. I would stay here again, the only difference being I would not leave until I had some sort of documentation proving I had been checked out.
