The staff here are really nice. Pleasant at check in. However, the key card system needs work. The most used door o our building is out right finicky and when it’s 37 outside it kind of sucks.

Requested a ground floor to be close to the pool. They put us in a room in another building 20 degrees out side could not take my grandson swimming

The breakfast was a joke! Rubber eggs, rock biscuits and meatless gravy. At 6:30 am, I tried to enter bldg 1, from bldg 2 and my room key didn't work. The weather was freezing cold and I had to walk around the bldg to the front door. I should have stayed at the Holiday Inn.
