The hotel is in great condition, clean with good sized modern rooms. The hotel management were excellent. My only issue was how loud the people on the street were until well after midnight. Had that not occurred I would have rated everything as 5 star.

An inexpensive but great accommodation option close to the heart of Derry (walled area, peace bridge, tourist info etc). You receive an email with entry code prior. Rooms very clean and functional. Parking in a small carpark across the road is great but make sure you have plenty of coins (£€) as they don't accept cards. Would stay again.

We could not have pucked a better place to stay in Derry. Althoght the Hotel iscsel check in the lively Maggie wasvthere to show us around on arrival and how to work lights, locks etc. Everthing we wanted to see was in walking distance.

When we first pulled up to this property with kids, I was so nervous to stay here. I started looking up other places to stay. But there was nothing else, so we decided to stay. I am so glad we did. It was clean, quiet and safe. The pictures are exactly how it was when we arrived. I would stay here again.

We booked for two nights but left after one night. It was truely no contact. Neighborhood was sketchy, only lock on door was the outer lock, no inside lock. Automatic lights in hallway came on all the time and came into our room. It was stuffy .

The hotel is modern & basic , rooms are good & location is handy . Parking over the road . Very noisy street at night , cars racing or reving their engines until after 2am , lots of shouting & people coming and going.

Newly refurbished hotel. Room was very nice. There is no staff at this "contactless" hotel. This became problematic when the wrong dates were somehow booked and we arrived with no way to get into the building which was locked up. The area was not great at that time either. Our US phones were unable to reach the phone number provided. We only got a recording, and not one that sounded like it was the hotel. Fortunately a family member who lives in N. Ireland was able to get through or we'd have been stuck. Once we reached a person, we got the reservation changed and were given access, and all worked out. There needs to be a better way to get help in situations like this. The room was fine and cleaning service did a nice job too. Just needed better support system.

Our room faced the street and was almost unbearably noisy. The room does not have any fan or AC and it was a little stuffy, so we left the window open. However, the street below was extremely busy and filled with people out having a good time or cars revving their engines until almost 4 in the morning. We had to decide between the temperature or the noise, and we chose the noise. The hotel was great otherwise, we just weren’t expecting it to be as busy outside. If you’re looking for a place close to the night scene, this is it. If you’re looking for something a little quieter on a weekend night, this is not it.
