Property Management is awful. Non-responsive. For the unit the online photos are quite outdated. Walls are dirty. Washer full of moldy smelling clothes, had to sanitize twice before using. Misc things missing; no shower/body soap, had to buy, not enough TP to last for 5-day stay (had to buy), misc knobs and switches don’t work, advertised w/ internet/WiFi (upstairs where 6 X people would sleep the internet/WiFi is completely unavailable, no service, had to be in proximity of router located downstairs, the upstairs “extender” does not function). All furniture is worn out & tired, pots/pans are old/dirty. Main issue was property management only made inbound inquiries via text about our arrival and payment…They do not answer phone or answer text messages for the items that needed attention. Next door neighbor has 8 - 10 people on their front patio every evening, hanging out drinking/smoking. Can hear, smell, experience the neighbors guests each night, neighbor patio is directly below our bedroom window. A very small TV is located in the living room w/ no cable, no AppleTV, no FireStick (nothing). Missing HDMI cable to connect our laptop to watch Netflix/AppleTV. No TV’s in bedrooms as was advertised. One TV broken sitting in closet, the other TV is mounted on wall w/ no cable/internet/firestick/other….just a “dead” TV sitting on a wall. Bed in the loft is just a mattress stuffed into a corner, sitting on the floor b/c the bed frame broken, AVOID this property management Co.
