Hotel Room from Hell
1) Deceptive advertising: “Grand Opening” sign, I purchased a room with a King bed with kitchenette as advertised as a “basic room” and got a queen bed in a very tight room. 2) They do not provide breakfast as advertised 3) 1” Stumbling hazard across threshold to dressing area. My wife almost fell. I have a picture of it. 4) Clogged tub drain. I have a picture of it. 5) Filthy desk chair 6) Lamp won’t turn off, had to unplug it 7) TV was unplugged. After plugging it in, it could not be turned off without unplugging it 8) Dead bolt does not lock (privacy and security hazard) 9) The wireless keypad on the outside of the door had been removed and was not secured to the door properly. It looks like someone could have “hot wired” it from the outside and gain access. I have a picture of it. 10) Door jam is broken (looks like the door had been kicked open at one time. I have a picture of it 11) Cockaroaches were discovered while packing up to leave. I killed one and took a picture.

When you pull up it might look like the property is abandoned. We got there at 1:30pm and the office was locked because they were cleaning rooms. I called and the manager said it would cost $20 for an early check in so we went and ate instead before coming back after 3:00 for check in. I booked a double queen but when we got to our room it was a single king. I went back to the office and the manager got us into a double queen. The manager was very polite and was a good guy. Our room had a bit of a musty smell but we really didn’t care as we were in town for a football game and just needed a place to crash after the game and the bars. Beds were nice, air worked, as did the fridge. Only 2 miles from downtown so the Uber ride was only $7 both ways and hotels downtown of course were gauging people at $400+ per night while we paid $88. I read another review where it said the area around the hotel was sketchy or unsafe; that is untrue. The Embassy Suites it is not, but if you are looking for a place to crash after a night out this hotel will do the job for the location and price.

Horrible & Dirty Hotel
This hotel is horrible. The room was dirty. The floor was filthy, it had not been vacuumed, the coffee maker had dust on it, random canned goods in a drawer, no chair in the room, and the lights did not work. We could only use the bathroom light and one lamp. We had reserved a king-sized bed, the room was a double full bed. The compact fridge was not cold. It was advertised to have breakfast available, but there was none. We arrived late at night and had no other options. We had already paid through the app.

Rating=0 There are no signs to indicate it is a working motel. Myself and my family drove by it because we thought it was condemned. When we arrived and asked to see the room, we were offered a similar room to view. When pressed, my husband and myself were guided to a 2nd floor room. My husband is disabled, which I specified in the booking, so he was not able to see the room that we were booked for. As a concession, staff showed us a ground level room at the opposite end of the motel. The room was musty, had markings on the walls and outlets where repairs need to be done and my husband saw mold along the baseboards. We didn't stay here, but found a different hotel and ate the cost since we didn't cancel 24* before check in.

After we checkin and paid for the room we went up to r rooms and the rooms smelled like mold the sheets had crumbs,dirt and stains on them mattress had a huge blood stains and bathroom walls had brown stains on them as well it was very disgusting m. We went to get a refund cause we refused to stay in the rooms and the motel refused to give us r money back. This place is ran down and very dirty and disgusting do not stay here.

Too pricey for a dump.
This place is a dump. Nothing like that picture is anywhere on the premises. The first room was like a sauna and the rug actually felt wet. Very hot. The second room, thanks to a very nice front desk clerk, was dirty but cool. TV didnt work.

Don't stay here. Expedia get this off your site. Owner plays games to trying to skim as much cash as they can off you. Spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere that is actually affiliated because there is no way this place is provided by Best Western. Thanks for the reminder to always read reviews first.

DO NOT STAY HERE! False advertisement! NOT BEST WESTERN! The hotel is rundown and looks nothing like the photos. No sign to identify the property. Smelled like smoke in the lobby, rooms had a smell, A LOT A LOT of suspicious activities in the parking lot! Refused to stay. At the counter they stated that we couldn't get a refund. Called and they didn't have a corporate line (must be independently owned), and still denied refund. Will be reporting to FTC and BBB. Working with Expedia currently. Needs to be taken off website!

Water in the corner of the bathroom floor, non working tv remote, tried charging me a second time after Expedia already took payment and then claimed he needed a $50 cash deposit Id get back when I check out. Person in room next me was banging doors, tried getting into my car & started screaming at 2 a.m. All the owner could say was "thank you sir" before I finished telling him the issues. He doesnt listen so I wouldnt expect improvements. There wasnt even any signage for the motel, I just knew about it from my travels.
