Beautiful property but very loud
The room was beautiful, well decorated and very clean. The balcony looks into the park across the street and the rooftop has excellent views—has great furniture for hanging out.
I don’t speak Spanish but the woman at the desk during the day knew English. They were also very responsive via WhatsApp when I had questions in advance of my trip and had some delays arriving. Note, there is no hotel staff overnight and just security so if you need hospitality related assistance, it has to wait until the morning so plan accordingly.
My only gripe is that the walls are paper thin! I live in a big city and am used to sirens, sounds, etc. Unfortunately the guests in the room next to me came home late and woke me up rummaging around in the kitchen and talking. They eventually started fighting and yelling loudly. As much as the property tries to keep guests quiet, I’m not sure there’s much they can do if people are drunk and unaware.
