No storage, sparse amenities, miserly management.
No storage or seating in lobby, if you don`t have a car and have traveled in public transport, you are going to hang on to your luggage, standing. I was told that `normally there is storage but...`, from my experience you can make out that it is not a reliable service they provide. There is not a single seat in the lobby to wait. I am sure there is an explanation for everything but this to help customers like myself who traveled a lot to find themselves hanging around, wasting a day with the luggage, exhausted. It is above a bar and restaurant which is noisy, the road noise making it a nightmare. Again, it may not be hotel fault but the information may be useful for some. There are no wardrobes. The double bed is very small. There is no basic daily cleaning or bed-making although their off-peak rates are as high as any other hotel. They did not furnish us with replenishments although we paid for two nights. So it was just one bottle water 500ml for two of us for two nights and sparse everything else. They put everything down to sustainability although it does come across as them being miserly. The lights keep going off multiple times before you have entered the code. Client experience or business integrity didn`t come across as top on their list. This property is far away from the centre; you cannot walk anywhere other than the bus stop which is also not anywhere near the door step either. The daily rates are totally unjustifiable.
